Very good NDR service. Saved my RTO cost for an order when the delivery person put fake remarks and didn't deliver. The NDR manager listened to me and got the delivery done in third attempt and saved my money.

JetPost se hamein dedicated NDR manager mila hai jinki wajah se RTOs pe control mila hai. Jo orders pehle return ho jaate the, ab unhe delivery tak pahucha pa rahe hain. Definitely worth it!

Pehle main doosra courier aggregator use Kiya krta tha, bahut RTO hota tha. JetPost mein shift Kiya tabse RTO kaafi Kam hua hai. Ab yahi 100% use krta hun
Pehle RTO hone ke baad hi pata chalta tha ki customer ghar par tha. Ab JetPost ke human NDR calls se customer se confirm karke second attempt successful ho jaata hai. 10 me se 6 RTOs bacha lete hain!
